Return conditions

A.N.G.E.L.O.'s goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can arrange a free return within fourteen (14) days starting from when you received the item(s) purchased on www.angelovintage.com.

Items should be shipped only after following the return procedure from the personal reserved area within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. A.N.G.E.L.O. and/or by contacting the customer service directly by writing to e-shop@angelo.it. Customer service will accept your return request and send you an e-mail with a prepaid label you will be asked to stick to the outside of your parcel. You will have 7 days of time to ship your item(s).

For returns within Italy, you will need to ship the parcel containing your returned item(s) with A.N.G.E.L.O.'s recommended courier. For returns from outside Italy, you will have to bear the costs of the courier you choose. The parcel can only be shipped after making a request of return on your Account. Enter your login and password and click on “My Orders” to make your return request online and/or by contacting the customer service directly by writing to e-shop@angelo.it.

Please note items cannot be exchanged.


1. Return Policy Under Article 52 (Consumer Code)

When requesting a return, you are required to comply with the following rules:

  • you will need to make the return request online by clicking on "My Orders" on your Account on www.angelovintage.com. Select the order you would like to return within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery and/or by contacting the customer service directly by writing to e-shop@angelo.it;
  • you cannot return items you have used, worn, washed or damaged;
  • the identification tag (security tag) must be still attached to the items with the single-use seal;
  • items should be returned inside their original package and packed as received. If you are returning a set of items, all of the items included must be returned;
  • items must be returned to A.N.G.E.L.O. in one shipment. A.N.G.E.L.O. reserves the right to refuse items returned and shipped in different moments, even if they come from the same order;
  • items should be given to the selected courier for return within seven (7) days from the submission of your return request online and from the receival of the confirmation e-mail from our customer service;
  • the parcel must contain a copy of the purchase invoice (if received).
  • Returns from Italy : after requesting the return online, you will receive an e-mail with a prepaid label in attachment (waybill). This must be sticked to the outside of your parcel. The return will be free of charge only if you stick this label to your parcel.

    Returns from the rest of the world: returns are at the customer's expense, including any possible customs duties.

    Returns must be shipped from the same address where the parcel was originally delivered.

    If you have met all the conditions required, A.N.G.E.L.O. will proceed with the refund in two ways:

  • in case of return of an entire order, the total amount of the order will be refunded without shipping costs;
  • In case of partial return of an order, only the amount of returned products will be refunded.
  • You will be contacted if the return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions.

    In this case, you can choose to have the products purchased at your own expense, paying the return shipping costs. If I refuse this shipment, A.N.G.E.L.O. reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.


    2. Return Timeline and Conditions

    After we receive your return and check its compliance with the conditions, we will send you a confirmation e-mail stating your return has been accepted.

    A.N.G.E.L.O. will refund you as soon as possible, regardless of the method of payment used (Credit/Debit Card, bank transfer or Paypal). In any case, we will refund you within thirty (30) days from the return approval, after verifying that the return was made under the above-mentioned conditions.

    The time required for refund depends on the method of payment:

    Payment by Credit/Debit Card
    The time required to view your refund depends on your card company. Please note that the date of currency for the refund is the same of payment: you won't be charged any bank interest.

    Payment by PayPal
    The refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The time required to view your refund on your credit card from your PayPal account depends on your card company. If the purchase is a gift, the refund will be made to the person who made the payment.

    Payment by Bank Transfer
    The time required for refund is normally 2 to 4 days and depends on your bank.


    3. Item Identification Tag (Security Tag)

    All the A.N.G.E.L.O. items have their own identification tag attached with a single-use seal. The tag is an integral part of the item.
    We invite you to try your item on without removing the tag and the single-use seal. We won't accept returns without them.


    4. Returns Within Italy and DHL Courier

    Free returns are offered by A.N.G.E.L.O. and must be shipped with DHL. Please use the return waybill our customer service sent you, after requesting the return online.
    You will be able to book the return for free by contacting DHL with a phone call at 199.199.345 or online at https://www.dhl.com/it-it/home/prenota-online.html
    If you choose to return the items with a different courier, you will have to bear the return charges. You will also be responsible for any loss or damage during transport, as well as for the transport charges.


    5. Returns From Outside Italy

    The return charges, any customs duties and responsibilities are entirely borne by the customer.
    Should the customer return items to the seller at the seller's expense, A.N.G.E.L.O. will withhold the shipment charges and any customs duties from your refund.
